<2-i-love>

Work In Progress

The Project <2-i-love> is a research-as-performance project that will use film, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Graphic and Game for further research and creations.

Can we live as who we are in the near future or we should all accept the existence of our digital avatars communicating with the OTHERS (whether real or unreal)? And what will happen to our senses, emotions, personal experiences? What will happen to our existence?

This interactive film, a sci-fi thriller within a contemporary setting, will use the form of game application as a new form of an artistic expression. The duration will be between 75 to 90 minutes, and the alpha version will be available for IOS.

The film utilizes the Notification Kyron format to directly engage with the audience. It takes the form of a game, where Peggy invites the audience to be her lover and witness her journey. Consisting of 19 scenes and 28 Notification Kyron questions, viewers can create different story lines through their choices. The questions have a psychological aspect and explore common human experiences like love, failure, death, dreams, and more. Peggy’s journey prompts the audience to engage on a personal level and reflect on these topics.
